no wind days
There are lots of things to see and do on no-wind days on the East Cape and going to a different beach is one of my favourites. Each stretch of beach has it's own beauty and peculiarities due to the shape, direction, depth, position and materials such as rock and reef.
We took a short drive with D & H to Punta Pescadero, too see the rocky prominence at the tip of the bay and do a bit of snorkeling. There is a small community, small air strip and hotel complex at this northern most point end of the bay.
After we snorkeled, we did a bit of sea glass hunting and found some good pieces. We then toured the very tranquil hotel amenities and drove back in 4x4 mode along the rugged road that hugs the coastline.
