It's good to be back in the 'Hood. This morning we went back to the Dalles for some materials for trailer projects, then on to Hood River to hit our favourite windsurfing shops, then a relaxing coffee in a sunny downtown cafe and then met friends for lunch at Full Sail Ale. Life is good.

Later we hiked up one of the Dog Mountain trails, a steep incline that made Vida's day!
Then it was back to camp to get laundry and ready for the road to California tomorrow. The days have been sunny and around 15C, but near freezing at night and snow predicted for up in the Cascades. Our new trailer has been wonderful with all it's luxuries and we even enjoyed the new experience of watching cable TV. We are well rested for the next leg of our trip.
