We set out in the early morning mist to cross from Washington to Oregon on the Bridge of the Gods and head to Portland and then down the I-5 to California with our good Canadian friends

Best rest stop for space and fall colours.

Volcano in the Cascades wreathed in beauty...just before the giant corn snow & slush.

The weather along the route was cool and we drove through a variety of weather. On the last mountain pass, we hit snow, slush and a thunder storm in the cascades, then drove through pouring rain until we found a rest stop open to set up our overnight boon-docking spot. Our new trailer is so comfortable that we slept very well despite the one semi that ran it's motor all night.
